Help to power new fan

  • Hi all,

I am installing a new fan in my Dell Vostro 200, to help cool the nvidia card.Problem is, the only power outlets available are NOT four pin outlets. they are wide and slender and have a row of small metal teeth deep inside: I'm assuming these are SATA? They are marked P4 and P6, which I am assuming means power.I've found an adapter at Computer Geeks that adapts SATA to four pin (NOT the other way around). I'm pretty sure this is what I need to power up my fan.Am I right?

    Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
